RDPS has always been proactive in adopting innovative educational approaches to promote experiential education or active learning. In this endeavour, the school initiated “Collaborative Projects” in 2003 to engage Rukminians in meaningful projects with their peers around the world and to foster lifelong global relationships with them. The students work on Social, Cultural and Scientific issues under these projects.

IT Project Video
The students briefing the IT Project are Ridhi Jain and Riya Garg of class VIII.
The students from classes V- VII undergo IT Project and work on multifarious themes in a group of two students. Each group research on a single topic of their choice through out the session keeping in mind its interdisciplinary approach and learn the ways of collection of information, organization of the collected information, making of final hand written reports and finally the presentation of their topic with the help of aids like power point presentation, charts, models etc. The whole process brings out their hidden talent and enhance their attitude, communication, thinking and language skills. All these aspects overcome their stage fear and improves the personality. The interesting part is that the best presentations are awarded.
Collaborative Project Video
Since 2003 the students of class VIII are involved in Collaborative Projects which are interdisciplinary in approach. It is a wonderful platform to meet their peers across the world without meeting face to face. These projects are of two types "Interaction Based and Survey Based".
In Interaction Based the projects are identified, mapped and allotted to the students of both the countries, such that they can exchange the information on the same topic and develop a great bond by knowing the perspective of a country and then tries to compare the similarities and dissimilarities existing between the two countries.
In Survey Based the real time data is collected, analyzed and compared with the participants all over the world. At least 10 schools globally are picked up for the comparison.
Best performers are awarded.
The students explaining the "Collaborative Project" are Lishka and Khushboo of class VIII
